Bernie Heveron
Bernie Heveron is a versatile guitarist and multi-instrumentalist (double bass, dobro, banjo, ukulele, mandolin) based in Rochester, NY. His imaginative solo guitar arrangements reflect years of collaboration with artists such as poet Cornelius Eady and guitarist Kinloch Nelson. Bernie has shared stages with Arlo Guthrie, Steve Goodman, 10,000 Maniacs, Commander Cody, The Little River Band, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, and R.E.M.
He has recorded for Atlantic, Epic, Amherst, and numerous independent labels, including a project in Aberdeen, Scotland, where he performed with Richard Thompson and members of Fairport Convention on a collection of Bothy Ballads with singer Charlie Allan.
