Fill out your New Student Registration Form below to get started with joining the Kanack School! This is Step 1 of our short registration process. It is for new families who have not registered with us before.

If you are a current family please skip this form and email the office about adding a new student to your account. Then, proceed to the Program Selection Form instead.

Here are some tips for this form:

  • Select “Child” if you are a parent signing up your children.

  • Multiple children? No problem! The form will show you a button to add another child after you have added the first one.

  • Select “Adult” if you are signing up for lessons for yourself. It’s easy!
